Printing: There are 2 versions of this program. One is a glossy paged version and the other a matte finish paged version (both pictured here). Both feature the interview Q&A with BP Fallon and the photo's within are the same in both the glossy and matt versions.
Put simply the glossy version of this program is close to best presented program for this tour.
Cost: This one I picked up on ebay for 17.99GBP. I've seen auctions start from as low at 5GBP and Buy it Now's up to $75USD. I'd say I got mine for a reasonable price, and would suggest not paying any more than $40USD for this program as a guide.
